The details that reach us
Two things put your information in front of us: a call to (888) 278-9005, or the quote form here on the site. From either one we end up with a way to reach you, your target moving day, and the pickup and drop-off addresses for the job. Separately, the site’s analytics records the usual technical footprint — browser type, IP address and the like.
What it is used for
Your contact and move details do three jobs: they let us price the work, save your date on the board, and follow up once you are settled in. The analytics numbers we look at only in aggregate, across the whole site — no single visitor is ever profiled.
Where it goes, and where it never goes
- The people who need it: our office staff plus the crew booked to your move
- A handful of vendors that run our scheduling and analytics behind the scenes
- On interstate jobs, the federal paperwork the law mandates — and no further
We do not sell your details and we do not rent them. Your file is held for as long as the job and standard accounting rules require, no longer, and one phone call is enough to have us show it to you, fix it, or wipe it. Want to go over any of this?
